Laser cutting

Our company offers to our customers laser cutting on a new, innovate, freshly designed, computer guided machine TRUMPF TruLaser 3030. We use the newest laser cutting technologies with the highest efficiency to dealig with our customers´ wishes and needs. Laser is suitable for fast and accurate thermal cutting of zinced steel, mild steel, stainless steel, steel alloys, aluminum and its alloys. Due to the very small beam diameter, the heat affected zone is very small. The laser cutting keeps accurate during serial production. Compared with plasma and oxyfuel cutting, laser cutting makes no thermal deformation on thin materials or just minimal in case of thick materials. There are no shavings and no post-production (grinding, polishing, cleaning) is needed.

Holes cutting possiblity from 0,4x of the sheet thickness. The smallest programmed step length is 0,001 mm, the accuracy of positioning is 0,1 mm and the dissipation is 0,03 mm. The plates are delivered with surface condition in accordance with EN 10 163 and thickness tolerance to EN 10 029. The cutting-quality is guaranted to grade I. STN EN ISO 9013. Documentation of the cut shapes we need sketched in case of simple forms or receive in files *.DXF, *.DWG, , Para Solid, 3D Iges, ACIS,STEP, Pro Engineer, CATIA ... *.JPG, *.GIF, *.BMP - sent by e-mail or brought personally. Oxy fuel and 3d plasma cutting /
sheet metal beveling

We offer cutting of metal materials using oxy fuel and 3D plasma on a modern computer-controlled combi-machine from the company VANAD. The Vanad Bluester CNC cutting machine is designed for the most demanding tasks in the field of thermal cutting of metals. It is used for plasma bevel cutting up to max. angle +/- 50 °. The plasma source is KJELBERG Q 3000.

The burnouts are supplied mainly with a scaled surface according to EN 10 163, thickness according to EN 10 029. Dimensional tolerance of burnouts is guaranteed according to STN EN ISO 9013, level II B. Sheet blasting

We offer blasting of sheet metal, profiles and other products on blasting equipment from the company Kovo Staňek, s.r.o. type TZNP 4, where blasting is carried out with steel granules S330 (grain size 0.9 - 1.2 mm) in a dimension scale of up to 600 mm in height, 1500 mm in width and 6000 mm in length (upon agreement up to 12,000 mm) in continuous blasting equipment.

Bevelling machine works by means of self locking system of fastening on the sheet or part so it´s capable of bevelling of edges on large (long flat surface) and small flat surfaces as well. Bevelling is performed with low speed running cutting tool. Only for linear bevelling.

Our history  

 
   
2009
The HB-LaserCut s.r.o. company had been established in the village Strážne, 13 km from Kráľovský Chlmec in June 2009.
   
   
   
2009
In November at the same year we have been installing laser from the company TRUMPF TLC3030s with 3kW output power and started laser cutting of parts according to offer.
 
 
         
   
2014
We have gained financial contributions from the EU to reach innovative technologies of laser based sheet machining and sheet machining.
   
   
   
2015
In January we have been expanding portfolio with bending machine VOEST Alpine with maximum bending lenght 4050 mm and pressure 320 t.

In May we have been innovating laser technology by changing the old TRUMPF Tlc3030s machine to the new generation of TRUMPF TruLaser3030 with 5kW output power.

In July we have been developing portfolio with another bending machine TRUMPF TruBend 3120 with maximum bending lenght 3050 mm and pressure 120 t.

Earlier this year we have been expanding portfolio with welding, sheet metal forming, band sawing and thread drilling.

In the second half ot this year we have been developing production facilities by building a new hall totally about 1000 m2.
